How to Make Your Customer happy?

Couple month ago I had a very experience regarding setting up my home roof replacement. When I contacted with roof repair contractors one of them responded and wish to solve the problem. But couple of days later again I did face the same problem because of faulty and improper service. I was really dissatisfied about the service. In fact service provider charged high to do the task but they failed to provide quality service. So now I decide to seek service from water proofing service provider to get the better service.

Any service base business has to follow some certain rule to provide greater customer satisfaction and also earn better revenue. Remember customer is the heart of your business. So always try to satisfy customer by providing the best. But how to make your clients happy?

Try to read customer mind. You should know their demand, expectation and mindset. So very first ask them what they want or expect to get out of your service. Then make them clear how you may be able to respond to their need.

Always ensure your customer that the task will be done professionally and on time. Expert says “The customer is the reason for your business success. Value your customer emotion or feelings that  is one of the best ways to ensure continued business.

When you are committed to complete a project by a certain date then you must complete the task in time even by sacrificing personal activities or money.

It is best to consider all work confidential. This means that you do not discuss your client’s business with anyone – even your mother. Make a habit of clearing papers from your desk before you go away. If ever you decide to use your work for them, maybe as part of your client list or testimonials, be sure to seek their permission first. If they refuse, honor their decision.

Follow the rule “customer is always right”. Sometimes being straightforward with customers is difficult. So set your objectives and strict to it. Let your clients know your rules clearly but politely.

Sometimes you may deliver a project or service in time despite your best effort. Just inform your customer about the situation but don’t lie to them. Rather talk with your consumer and beg pardon. Don’t forget to make a promise that you will complete the project as soon as possible.

No eating at desk
It is not a good way to eat on your own working desk. In fact you can’t avoid mess your desk while eating there. Working and eating at a time or the same place might suffer you unexpected diseases and reduce productivity as well.

Lessen overtime
Doing overtime couple of hours a day is not good for your heart. Today’s competitive working environment allows less time to relax consequently increased the risk of coronary heart disease.

Get some physical exercise during work
Sitting or working at a desk almost all day mostly responsible for weight gain. A few minutes of exercise during a lunch hour are able to make an important variation.

No TV at night
After having a busy day at office heading towards home and sitting on to watch at night is not a good idea. In fact, a study has revealed that a one-hour TV watching increased the occurrence of metabolic syndrome.

Clean and tidy desk
Recent study has found that messy desks were among the workplace factors forcing employees ill. So always to keep your desk neat and clean.

Work on your relationship with your boss
It is true that a good relationship with your boss might have much positive impact on your physical health. It is also true that workers who have a better relationship with bosses are less likely to get the risk of heart disease.
